Isn't there a problem with restoring from a backup when you change firmware version? Or was that only if you changed product code?

It doesnt seem great tbh, the alerts are non existant and it doesnt appear to update. Also, you cant reply to threads, just opens it in your browser. It may take some getting used to (if i even give it a chance long enough to)
