If you are using google apps for your email, then you might want to have a look at your mx records. Those usually are off when problems with incoming mail occur.
Happened to me recently when I moved my site from wordpress.com to godaddy..
have changed the mx dns from mail.colinmercer.co.uk to colinmercer.co.uk as the host on the recommendation of a mate. Will see if this makes any difference over the next 24 hrs or so...

See if your settings are set to fwd mail from you@yoursite.com to you@gmail.com...
